Working alongside the Plant Manager you will receive training in all aspects of seed plant operations, including grain handling, seed cleaning, seed treatment, equipment operations and maintenance.

Innisail Municipal Seed Cleaining Plant Limited is seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined Plant Operator/Grain handing Operator to join our facility. This full time, year round position offers a competitive wage based on experience, benifits, and provides paid training.

Qualifications

- attention to detail and quality of work performed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Agricultural and/or mechanical background is an asset.
- Pesticide Applicator Certification is an asset but not necessary.
- Basic computer capabilities.

Duties:
- Operation and maintenance of all seed cleaning equipment.
- Receive seed samples.
- Loading/unloding of trucks.
- Maintain cleaning records eletronically.
- Maintain cleanliness within and around the seed cleaning facility.
- Flexibility to work extended hours during our busy season.
- Respectful customer service.

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
