We contribute to our community As Technical Solutions Manager, you are responsible for planning, organizing, and managing technical ERP and API integrations, from sales pitches to launch. This includes scoping integration requirements with prospective clients, conducting product demos and testing, and owning timelines and workstreams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Document and analyze feedback, pain points and new feature requests for the Product team to inform and drive the roadmap for continuous product improvement. Own the end-to‑end technical onboarding of new clients through to go‑live. Manage timelines, project risks, and issues.

Provide pre‑ and post‑sales technical support to clients, prospects and partners. Identify and manage integration dependencies and critical path activities. Assist in communicating technical documentation and resources to clients during onboarding.





Facilitate team and cross‑functional meetings to manage priorities and deliverables. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards. Stay up to date on embedded finance and international payments market trends, including competitor solutions.

You have experience in technical pre‑sales, solutions engineering, integration management, or technical project management, preferably in embedded finance, fintech or payments. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, with keen attention to detail for tracking initiatives, projects, and deliverables.

Excellent communication skills are required, including the ability to communicate complex technical information to various parties, including non‑technical members of the organization and client counterparts. You’re a self‑starter who aims for continuous improvement with high ownership, resilience and a team‑first approach. Bachelor's degree required.

The reasonable estimated pay for this role ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 CAD.
