You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation;

Experience in the area of supply chain and procurement will be considered an asset; Training or experience in common law will be considered an asset; You have excellent drafting and communication skills, with the ability to work fluently in both French and English (spoken and written); Spanish is an asset.
