Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Powder Coating Operator to join our team. In this role, you will prepare, spray, and cure high-quality powder finishes on metal parts. If you take pride in clean craftsmanship and enjoy a fast-paced production environment, we’d love to hear from you.
- Prepare parts for coating, including cleaning, degreasing, masking, and racking.
- Operate powder coating spray equipment (manual spray guns and batch/conveyor systems).
- Monitor cure oven temperatures, cycle times, and line speeds.
- Inspect finished parts for quality, thickness, and surface defects (runs, light spots, adhesion).
- Perform routine daily maintenance on spray guns, booths, filters, and equipment.
- Package finished products safely for shipping or storage.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop workspace.
Pay: From $27.50 per hour
