Requirement Summary

- Job Role/Title : Power Automate BA & Infra Admin
- Anticipated Start Date : 3 weeks from offer (pending background checks)
- Job Type : Contract Opportunity. Initial contract for 1 year, with good possibilities of further extensions.
- Job Location : Montreal (preferred)/Toronto with 2-3 days a week in client office.
- Work Style : Preferred Hybrid Work - 3 days per week in the office required (Tuesday and Thursday are mandatory).
- Work Hours : 40 hours/week, typically Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Contractor to work extra time or be on-call : Yes, on-call rotation (Monday to Sunday) as required.
- Rate Cap : Up to $73/Hr. (on Incorp), depending on relevant experience. The final compensation will be negotiated between the contractor and recruiter based on experience and engagement terms.

Position Overview:

Business Analyst

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Process Analyst, or similar role.
- Solid understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem:
- Power Automate
- Power Apps
- Power BI
- Copilot Studio
- Experience with Power Platform governance frameworks, CoE practices, DLP policies, or environment lifecycle management is considered an asset.




- Proven experience gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and documenting business needs.
- Experience working in governance, compliance, security, risk management, digital transformation, or enterprise technology environments.
- Familiarity with application integrations, data management, and automation technologies.
- Knowledge of low-code/no-code development and Citizen Development programs.

Infrastructure Administrator
- 5+ years of experience in System Administration, Platform Administration, Infrastructure Administration, and Cloud Administration
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform administration.
- Experience managing Power Platform environments, DLP policies, connectors, tenant settings, and security controls.
- Solid understanding of Azure administration and cloud architecture.
- Experience with:
- Virtual Networks (VNets)
- Networking and connectivity
- Identity and access management
- Azure security controls
- Hybrid cloud architectures
- Experience administering Windows server environments.
- Understanding of .NET application hosting and deployment.
- Strong understanding of authentication protocols, enterprise integrations, APIs, and connectivity patterns.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and enterprise identity services.
