Role: Power Platform Engineer (Copilot + M365)

Overview

We're supporting a major financial services organisation on a large-scale AI transformation programme, with over 40 live use cases already in production and significant investment planned across Microsoft Copilot and AI technologies.

We're looking for a Copilot Studio & M365 Copilot Engineer to help design, build, and scale enterprise AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, M365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure services.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and deploy Copilot agents using Copilot Studio
- Develop solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
- Integrate solutions using Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, and Azure services
- Support Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness, deployment, and adoption
- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with enterprise standards
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver AI-driven outcomes

Required Experience





- Strong experience with the Microsoft Power Platform Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Dataverse
- Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio or Microsoft Copilot technologies
- Experience with Microsoft Graph API , connectors, and integrations
- Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based solutions
- Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, or prompt engineering
- Robust stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills

Desirable

- C#, Python, or JavaScript development experience
- Platform administration or tenant governance experience
- Azure AI Foundry or Azure OpenAI exposure
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale Microsoft solutions
- Microsoft certifications across Power Platform or Azure AI
