If you thrive on challenges, love sharing your expertise, and want to play a key role in the growth of a major dealership, this is the perfect prospect for you!Summary of the positionHelp sales consultants through transactions; Sell or lease carsaccording to the dealership's customer satisfaction standards; Assist the director withcertain administrative tasks and fill in during their absence.Main tasksEnsure that sales consultants follow up with customers; Participate in thetraining of new sales consultants; Participate in identifying the training needs of the sales team; Write reports on the progress made by trainees or new sales consultants during their training and probation periods; Help sales management set realistic monthly goals for each sales consultant; Share the responsibilityof planning sales team meetings with sales management; Collaborate on vehicle exchanges between dealerships; Approve transactions at the request of the supervisor; Assist sales management in performing administrative tasks, including entering used vehicles on the dealership website, promotional sites, advertising, or inventory; Stay informed about new products, programs, and current promotions from the manufacturer and/or banking institutions; Participate in theplanning and monitoring of vehicle displays in the showroom and parking area; Coordinate the work of the snow removal team.Sales-related tasksAdvise on new and used cars according to the dealership's customer satisfaction standards; Maintain a customer follow-up system that promotes customer satisfaction; Maintain a customer development system; Know and understand all federal, provincial, and local laws governing retail automotive sales; Attend training courses on products and customer support; Stay up to date onnew products, features, accessories, and their benefits for customers; Attend sales team meetings.#J-18808-Ljbffr
