Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, Creative & Production, this role leads the cohesive delivery of our brand vision across creative advertising, public relations and experiential events.This role drives an integrated, cross-agency ecosystem by centralizing strategic campaign briefs, empowering Agencies of Record (AORs) to operate in tandem under unified creative direction. By aligning channel strategies into seamless, multi-touchpoint executions, the Senior Manager ensures every campaign delivers maximum commercial impact and brand resonance.Championing brand excellence, the Senior Manager manages multi-million-dollar production portfolios, elevates evolving design systems, and leads campaign creative reviews from concept through delivery, blending visionary brand leadership with financial discipline to deliver best-in-class, industry-leading work.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Strategy, Design Governance & Brand LeadershipBrand & Design System Leadership: Set, champion, and enforce overall creative direction and brand standards across paid and earned touchpoints. Lead the continued build-out and adoption of the brand's design system.Creative Concept-to-Execution: Guide external agency partners through end-to-end creative development, from brief and concept ideation through final delivery.Critical Reviews & Brand Quality: Conduct rigorous creative reviews, delivering actionable feedback that elevates brand storytelling, ensures messaging consistency, and enforces communications objectives across national marketing, PR and experiential campaigns.Testing & Innovation: Nurture a culture of creative experimentation,
dynamic content testing, and AI-assisted workflow integration to optimize production efficiency and drive creative performance.Agency Governance & Financial StewardshipAOR Relationship Management: Serve as the primary relationship owner for external AORs spanning Creative Advertising, Public Relations, and Experiential Events.
