About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level PPF Technician. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Paint Protection Film installation. No PPF experience required — we'll train the right candidate, but a strong detailing background is a must.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Prepping vehicles for PPF installation (washing, claying, surface prep)
- Plotting and cutting film patterns using plotter software
- Weeding film patterns with precision
- Assisting with PPF installation under guidance of senior installers
- Washing and polishing vehicle surfaces
- Applying ceramic coatings according to manufacturer specifications
- Inspecting vehicles before and after service to ensure quality standards are met
- Properly using and maintaining detailing and PPF equipment
- Following safety procedures when handling chemicals and equipment
- Communicating professionally with customers regarding services performed
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Qualifications





- Minimum 2 years of detailing experience (required)
- Familiarity with detailing tools and equipment, including steamers, air compressors, drill brushes, polishers/buffers, and extractors
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and work with hands for extended periods
- Valid driver's license (preferred/required, depending on role)
