Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Pre‑Construction Sales Representatives to join our team for an exciting upcoming project. This position is ideal for motivated sales professionals with a solid track record in pre‑construction real estate who thrive in a dynamic, client‑focused environment.

Compensation

This role offers commission‑only earnings for this specific project.

The expected compensation range is between $0 and $150,000.00, depending on the number of units sold.

While working onsite, representatives also receive a forgivable draw of $200/day, advanced against future commissions.

The listed maximum reflects the commission achievable when all units in the project are successfully sold.

Future Opportunities:



High‑performing representatives may be considered for additional opportunities on upcoming sites and future projects.

Qualifications

- Experience in pre‑construction real estate sales (required)
- Solid communication and negotiation skills
- Client‑focused, self‑motivated, and results‑driven
- Ability to work onsite at presentation centres as required
