We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher / Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. In this dual-role position, you'll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen while also assisting in basic food preparation. The ideal candidate is a team player with a solid work ethic and a passion for supporting kitchen operations.

Dishwasher Duties:

- Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
- Keep dish area clean and organized at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and garbage areas.
- Take out trash and recycling as needed.
- Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures.

Prep Cook Duties:

- Assist chefs with basic food preparation (e.g., chopping vegetables, preparing sauces).
- Set up workstations with ingredients and cooking tools.
- Properly label and store ingredients.
- Ensure prep area is clean and stocked during service.
- Follow kitchen procedures and safety standards.
