Must have food handlers certification or willing to obtain.
Able to work independently or in a team environment.
Knowledge & competent to use various cooking equipment.
Prepare & cook orders, maintain stock levels.
Ability to keep kitchen and work areas clean.
Ability to set up or close down the kitchen for the day.
Previous experience would be an asset but not necessary.
Must have own transportation.
