Join our team as a Prep Cook. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, assisting with food assembly, and supporting the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. Duties

- Prepare ingredients by chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning to meet recipe specifications.

- Assist with food assembly and plating to support the kitchen team during service hours.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep stations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure freshness.

- Support cooking processes by assisting chefs with basic food preparation tasks.

- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to keep the kitchen well-equipped for busy periods.





- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation and excellent food quality.

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential.

- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation practices.

- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with basic cooking techniques and meal preparation processes.

- Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude toward supporting kitchen operations.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
