Summary:
The Linecook position has large growth opportunities with the potential to challenge your skills with an assortment of techniques from different cuisines. The menu at BROWNS Socialhouse is curated with quality sourced ingredients, created with traditional cooking applications.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation, including knife skills, and assembling ingredients
- Ensure all food and product handling is organized to safe practices and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area throughout the shift to safety and sanitation regulations.
- Follow all food safety procedures and uphold hygiene standards at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during busy hours
Requirements:
- Fantastic work ethic
- 1 year experience working in a Kitchen
- Experience in a high-volume Kitchen
- Flexible availability (Days, Nights, and Weekends)
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- An upbeat and positive attitude
- A team player mentality
- Reliable Transportation
