This job is part of the People Strategy & Operations function and is responsible for the design, execution, and ongoing effectiveness of people programs that support business performance, leadership capability, and employee experience.What You'll DoHelp design & execute People programs for Canada, including talent management, employee experience & onboarding, performance management, career development, leadership & succession planning, and reward initiatives, aligned to Canada Advisory business needs, leveraging CBRE best practices & frameworksProvide guidance on high-risk and complex employee relations matters, including investigations, performance management, disciplinary action, and terminations, ensuring compliance with Canadian employment legislation and CBRE policyPartner with leaders to identify and mitigate employment-related risk, applying sound judgment where business needs and risk considerations must be balancedCoach leaders and people managers at a variety of levels to strengthen people leadership capability and accountabilityPartner with Talent Acquisition and other People COEs to build strong internal talent pipelines, develop our talent effectively and address critical roles and skill gapsUse people data, metrics, and business insight to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and recommend improvements to drive efficiency, scalability,

The salary being offered for this position is $125,000-$175,000, depending on experience.
