The Showroom Supervisor is responsible for leading the department by providing high quality workmanship and service that ensures customer satisfaction. As the Showroom Supervisor you will report directly to the Regional Manager and ensure that the department team consistently meets performance expectations in terms of customer experience, sales growth, retail execution, and profitability.
