Join our team as a Technical Support - Shipping! Reporting to the Sample Receiving Supervisor, you will be responsible for tasks related to the pre-analytical sample process, as well as managing the dispatch of supplies to customers.

Your responsibilities :

- Receive and distribute samples from various carriers in an efficient manner;

- Verify the condition and conformity of samples or supplies received with respect to established internal specifications and procedures;

- Enter analysis requests accurately into a dedicated computer database;





- Identify samples destined for the laboratory for optimum traceability;

- Ensure proper storage of samples to guarantee their integrity;

- Organize and dispatch bottles and coolers to customers, following an established sampling schedule;

- Track customer supply orders for efficient inventory management;

- Perform any other task assigned by the immediate superior to support team operations;
