We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Prepper/Helper to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our operations and assisting skilled technicians in various tasks. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the industrial coatings industry, particularly oilfield. Looking for day shift applicants.

Responsibilities

- Assist painters with prepping, masking and getting jobs ready for spray paint application.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to support prepping processes.
- Perform heavy lifting as required to move parts and equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.




- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Touch up completed jobs.

Experience

- Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and engage in physically demanding tasks.
