Thunder Spray is hiring a Pressure Washing Lead Technician in Windsor, ON. You need a full unrestricted Class G licence with a clean driving record, plus hands on soft wash and pressure wash experience. Pay is $20 to $35 an hour plus bonuses. You set the mix and the pressure on every surface, and you answer for how the property looks when the truck pulls away.

What You Will Do Each Day:

- Walk the property first and flag delicate surfaces and landscaping.
- Mix chemicals to the right strength for each surface and manage dwell time.
- Soft wash roofs and siding, and pressure wash concrete, decks, and driveways.
- Direct the crew so the job runs in the right order.
- Inspect the work before you leave, then bring the equipment back clean.
