Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with care service standards




• Analyze incident reports and initiate action plans
• Manage resident admissions efficiently
• Coordinate Resident Annual Care Conferences
• Inform management of any critical issues
Requirements:
• HCA Provincial Certification required
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Minimum 5 years of experience in continuing care
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
• Background in dementia care preferred
