In this continuing position, you will work 30 hours per week to assist students from grades 9-12, implementing personalized plans and promoting independence. Your responsibilities include providing personal care, supporting educational needs, and collaborating with the teaching staff to foster a positive learning setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist students with their individualized support plans
• Implement effective strategies under teacher direction
• Record observations for behavioral support
• Participate in collaborative student planning meetings




• Promote emotional and behavioral regulation
Requirements:
• Educational Assistant Certificate or related field diploma
• One year experience working with challenging behaviors
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain
• Skills in communication, multi-tasking, and adaptation
• Ability to build rapport with students and staff
