Die-Form, a division of Magna International, seeks a Process and Development Engineer to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. This role requires strong expertise in tooling and stamping die operations and focuses on collaborating with customers and suppliers throughout the development process. You will also analyze and validate projects for formability and quality while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver projects meeting customer-specific standards
- Validate projects through E-Review gates




- Communicate with customers and suppliers throughout development
- Perform spring-back studies to assess dimensional risks
- Audit and report key performance indicators (KPIs) Requirements:
- Engineering degree or 5 years'

experience in tooling/stamping

- Expertise in stamping formability simulation software
- Strong CAD software knowledge (Catia preferred)
- Understanding of GD&T; and metallurgical failure modes
