Job Summary

- Coordinate directly with material suppliers and manufacturing plants in China to manage product specifications, verify production quality, and resolve supply chain issues.

- Program, set up, and safely operate CNC machinery, edgebanders, and other specialized automated wood-production equipment to mill precision components.

- Assess custom cabinet shop material requirements and review production schedules to align incoming foreign supplies with daily shop capacity.

- Inspect incoming raw materials, hardware, and prefabricated components from international factories to ensure strict quality control compliance.

- Maintain, clean, and troubleshoot shop production machinery to maximize workflow efficiency and minimize downtime.

- Perform hands-on cabinetry assembly, structural shop work, and finishing tasks according to architectural blueprints and custom cottage design specs from time to time as operational workflows require.

Pay: $44,467.58-$63,250.23 per year

Experience

- Chinese factory negotiation: 2 years (required)
