Do you enjoy turning ideas into tangible products? We are seeking a passionate Product Developer to contribute to the design and development of custom projects.

Using

SolidWorks, you will play a key role in bridging the design, production, and project management teams to deliver innovative, functional, and high-quality solutions.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and develop custom products using SolidWorks

Create technical drawings, assembly drawings, and manufacturing documentation

Analyze client needs and propose appropriate solutions

Select materials, components, and finishes based on project requirements

Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure design feasibility

Prepare and maintain bills of materials (BOMs) and technical documentation

Support production activities and resolve manufacturing-related technical issues

Participate in design meetings and project follow-ups

Review and validate internal and external technical drawings

Contribute to the continuous improvement of products and manufacturing processes

Ensure compliance with quality standards, budgets, and project timelines





Provide technical support to sales, project management, and production teams

Profil QUALIFICATIONS

College diploma (DEC) or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or equivalent)

Minimum of 2 years of experience in product design or product development

Experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally involving custom-made product development

Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technical drawing interpretation

Manufacturing industry experience

Bilingualism in French and English, both written and spoken

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Robust interpersonal skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset

Informations contractuelles WORK CONDITIONS

Permanent full-time position

Annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $80,000, depending on experience
