In this role, you will own specific product capabilities within RBC Assist, working closely with senior PMs and engineering leads to deliver features that improve employee productivity, from requirements definition through launch and iteration. As a Lead Product Manager, you’ll get a chance to build a portfolio of innovative AI and Data platform products for RBC and partner with enterprise teams to use and continuously improve them.
Product Development: Work closely with customers and key stakeholders to derive insights to inform product strategy and planning
• Contribute to product vision and roadmap planning, translating strategic priorities into executable feature requirements
• Increase adoption and retention of the platform by understanding product consumption and customer needs
• Stakeholder management: Communicate product strategy and updates to senior leadership within Lumina and across the enterprise. At least 2‑4 years of product management experience in a top‑tier technology company, with a focus on AI or machine learning products
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field. Master’s or MBA is a plus;
Experience shipping AI/ML‑powered features or enterprise productivity tools Familiarity with agile development practices and working closely with engineering teams Curiosity about AI/ML concepts and willingness to develop deeper technical fluency Demonstrated ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business priorities Experience working on UX and front‑end development.
