REAL ALLOY is seeking Production Associates for its Mississauga facility. This hands-on role is ideal for candidates with industrial manufacturing experience and a strong focus on safety. The position features competitive wages starting at $27.00/hour, increasing to $30.00/hour after three months, and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate machinery for aluminum recycling processes
• Ensure safety regulations are strictly followed on the floor
• Work in a friendly, team-oriented production environment




• Participate in 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends
• Communicate effectively to coordinate with team members
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Fork-lift operating experience is preferred
• Must be safety-minded and aware of surroundings
• Ability to work rotational shifts every 2 weeks
