Key responsibilities
- Ensure the execution and monitoring of the digital accessibility roadmap by ensuring its alignment with organizational priorities;
- Coordinate activities related to action plans to improve the accessibility of digital platforms and digital documents;
- Promote linkages between the business, technological and specialized teams involved in the implementation of initiatives;
- Establish timelines, monitor their progress and ensure proactive management of risks and issues;
- Produce progress follow-ups and report to stakeholders and management;
- Collaborate with product owners, technology teams, user experience experts, and accessibility specialists to support the achievement of commitments;
- Develop and monitor performance indicators to measure the progress, effectiveness and value of initiatives;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the roadmap and governance mechanisms related to digital accessibility;
- Support the various levels of management in achieving objectives and promote the mobilization of partners around accessibility initiatives.
Profile sought
- Hold a bachelor's degree in e-commerce, administration, computer science, project management or a related discipline;
- Accumulate a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience;
- Operate in complex digital and organizational environments;
- Demonstrate experience in coordinating cross-cutting initiatives and managing stakeholders;
- Structure, plan and monitor action plans involving several stakeholders;
- Mobilize and influence partners without hierarchical authority;
- Communicate effectively orally and in writing with different audiences;
- Knowledge of the principles, standards or regulatory requirements related to digital accessibility is an asset.
