They are looking for a Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations and lead their production team.

Mission Your Role : Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, you will be responsible for leading daily production activities while managing a team of approximately 10 to 15 employees.

Key responsibilities include: Leading and developing production employees

- Planning manufacturing activities according to production priorities
- Ensuring quality, cost and delivery objectives are achieved
- Monitoring operational KPIs and driving performance
- Overseeing warehouse, receiving and shipping activities
- Promoting a safe and positive work environment
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, etc.)
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize operations.

Working Conditions :



Salary between $75,000 and $85,000, based on experience
