We are looking for an organized, hands-on, and quality-focused Production & Warehouse Coordinator to support our Surrey, BC operations.

Job Overview The Production & Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day flow of production, shipping, receiving, and inventory within our Surrey warehouse.

This is a hands-on role that combines production coordination with warehouse operations. You will help prioritize orders, prepare jobs for production, operate heat press equipment, monitor quality, coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, and keep the warehouse safe and organized.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to adjust priorities as production needs change.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the end-to-end flow: receiving incoming shipments (inspect, log, store) and shipping outgoing orders.
- Review production orders and prioritize jobs based on due dates and batch sizes.
- Define and enforce quality checkpoints for incoming materials and finished goods.
- Oversee monitoring of shipments and decorated items for defects or inconsistencies; coordinate corrective actions with Calgary Production.
- Coordinate daily heat-press operations
- Prepare product and materials ahead of each run (preheat presses, stage orders).
- Communicate schedule changes to the production/CSR team and handle urgent adjustments.
- Liaise with procurement on materials needed for decoration
- Provide regular updates on schedule status, potential delays, and resource needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.




- Enforce warehouse safety protocols, lead corrective/preventive actions, and maintain incident records.

Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience coordinating shipping/receiving/inventory in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with inventory/WMS systems; strong Excel skills
- Understanding of shipping carriers’ requirements and documentation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail in quality checks and inventory counts
- Organized, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities
- Customer-focused mindset and commitment to safety
- Experience with heat-press operations and cutting-room workflows is an asset but not required
- Strong organizational and scheduling abilities
- Quality-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Familiarity with production-tracking systems is an asset
- Safety-conscious approach and protocol enforcement

Pay: $42,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
