Role Description The Production Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in North York, ON, supporting the efficient and safe operation of food production processes. In this position, the associate helps set up, run, and clean production lines, ensuring equipment and workstations are prepared according to company standards.

Daily responsibilities include operating or assisting with machinery, monitoring product quality, and following recipes and portioning guidelines to maintain consistency. The role also involves adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols, organizing work areas,



restocking materials, and assisting team members as production needs change.

The Production

Associate works closely with supervisors and colleagues, responding to shifting priorities and supporting a smooth, team-oriented workflow.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Production Assistance and working on Production Lines to support efficient food production operations.
- Candidates should possess Machine Operation skills to safely set up, run, and shut down equipment as required.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to inspect products, identify issues, and follow standards for consistency and safety.
- Candidates should be Easily Adaptable, able to adjust to changing production demands, schedules, and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in food production, manufacturing, or commercial kitchen environments is an asset.
- Knowledge of basic food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety practices is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks safely.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills, with reliability and punctuality in shift-based work.
