Match Sports International Inc. is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to manage supplier communication, order placement and production tracking. This position requires previous experience in the clothing or apparel industry and fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Mandarin is essential

Key responsibilities

- Communicate with suppliers to place and confirm production orders.
- Track orders from initial placement through production and delivery.
- Maintain accurate order records, production schedules and status reports.
- Follow up with suppliers regarding quantities, pricing, product details and delivery dates.
- Monitor production timelines and identify possible delays.
- Coordinate samples, approvals and production documentation.
- Communicate order updates and potential issues to management.
- Help resolve production, quality, shipping and order discrepancies.
- Perform other production-coordination duties as required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, fashion production or a related field.
- Previous experience working in a clothing,



apparel or textile company.
- Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, required for regular communication with suppliers.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, email and order-tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation
- During the initial three-month probationary period, compensation will be the applicable Ontario general minimum wage.
- Upon successful completion of the probationary period, the annual salary will be $40,000–$50,000, based on qualifications, experience and demonstrated performance.
