Position Overview

We are seeking a responsible and results-oriented Production Line Supervisor to oversee the daily operation of an EV charging equipment assembly line.

The Production Line Supervisor is directly responsible for organizing production personnel, maintaining workplace discipline, monitoring employee performance, ensuring proper training, maintaining production records, and achieving established production targets.

This is a hands-on supervisory position that requires strong organizational skills, leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain consistent production output and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Workforce Allocation: Assign production employees to individual assembly stations based on production requirements, employee qualifications, workload, and operational priorities.
- Workplace Discipline: Maintain proper discipline and organization on the production floor, including compliance with company procedures, attendance expectations, break schedules, workplace rules, and safety requirements.
- Working Time Tracking: Monitor and maintain accurate records of working hours, attendance, breaks, and productive time of assembly employees.
- Production Target Achievement: Take responsibility for achieving daily, weekly, and monthly production targets established by management. Monitor production output throughout each shift and take corrective action when performance falls below expectations.
- Employee Training and Knowledge Control: Conduct regular training sessions, refresh employee knowledge of assembly procedures,



and verify that employees understand and follow approved production instructions and quality requirements.
- New Employee Training: Organize and conduct onboarding and practical production training for newly hired employees, ensuring they are properly prepared before performing assembly operations independently.
- Component and Material Control: Maintain accurate records of components and materials used by the production line. Monitor availability of required components and promptly report shortages, discrepancies, or abnormal consumption.
- Production Documentation: Maintain all required production documentation, including production records, employee assignments, productivity data, material usage, quality-related records, and other operational documentation.
- Production Planning and Reporting: Prepare production plans based on established targets, available personnel, and production capacity. Prepare regular production reports for management outlining output, productivity, staffing, issues, and progress toward production targets.
- Monitor employee productivity and identify opportunities to improve production efficiency.
- Ensure employees follow approved assembly procedures, work instructions, quality standards, and company policies.
- Identify production problems, delays, bottlenecks,



or personnel-related issues and escalate them to management when necessary.
- Coordinate with Production Management, Quality Control, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure uninterrupted production.

Qualifications

- At least 3-4 years of experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or a supervisory role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and people-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple employees and production priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work with production targets and productivity metrics.
- Solid attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to train, evaluate, and supervise production employees.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to work with production reporting systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Performance Expectations The Production Line Supervisor will be evaluated primarily based on:

- Achievement of established production targets.
- Productivity and efficiency of the assigned production line.
- Proper allocation and utilization of production personnel.
- Employee discipline and attendance management.
- Accuracy of production and material records.
- Quality and effectiveness of employee training.
- Compliance with production procedures and documentation requirements.
- Ability to identify and resolve production issues.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
