Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to oversee our Screen and Digital Print manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of production operations , with a focus on continuous improvement and quality control. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence, safety and accountability.

Duties

- Manage daily production activities to ensure timely and efficient operations.
- Oversee the assembly and fabrication of products while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Oversee the planning and execution of production schedules, equipment maintenance and shop maintenance.
- Monitor quality control processes to ensure products meet specifications and customer expectations.
- Implement process improvement initiatives to streamline operations, enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with procurement to optimize inventory management and material flow.
- Monitor/implement production metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.




- Maintain accurate documentation of production processes and systems.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in a production management role or similar position within a Print manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Familiarity with systems for inventory management and production planning.
- Experience in continuous improvement practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for quality control processes.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for collaboration across departments.
