- Develop and maintain a network and security infrastructure capabilities roadmap aligned with organizational cyber strategy and risk assessments- Define and enforce security-focused technical standards and guidelines for infrastructure technologies- Engage stakeholders to prioritize initiatives strengthening network and security infrastructure while balancing business objectives- Drive alignment across engineering, operations, and architecture teams through outcome-driven planning and dependency management- Define, defend, align, and adjust recommendations covering governance, tool rationalization, in-flight initiatives, capability gaps, quick wins, and security posture preservation- Define short-, mid-, and long-term roadmaps for CTC and common enterprise solutions- Prioritize roadmap initiatives based on impact, cost, and feasibility- Identify areas requiring deeper analysis of integrations, workflows, and dependencies- Embed governance and security controls into roadmap initiatives- Present roadmaps to executive stakeholders for feedback and alignment- Deliver a detailed capability framework aligned with CISO expectations through deep technical engagement with CTC Platform owners- Map capability heatmaps and in-flight initiatives to framework expectations- Produce prioritized recommendations aligned with the approved capability framework- Develop communication plans covering program status, health, and achievements- Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly executive reporting- Facilitate fact-based, data-driven decision-making- Influence technical and business outcomes through interpersonal and negotiation skills- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, identify improvements,
and implement actionable solutionsRequirements- 7+ years in program management within technology or cybersecurity- At least 4+ years focused on network and security infrastructure- Deep understanding of network architecture, security controls, infrastructure technologies, and security architectural strategies- Experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and network segmentation- CISSP, CISM, CCNP Security, or equivalent certification required- Proven ability to influence outcomes and drive consensus across technical and business stakeholders- Demonstrated success delivering large-scale security-focused infrastructure projects- Familiarity with NIST, CIS, and ISO 27001 security frameworks- Experience working in Agile environments- Experience using Jira and Confluence- SAFE certification is a plusCore CompetenciesDemonstrates extensive experience in program management within technology and cybersecurity, with a strong focus on network architecture, security controls, and infrastructure technologies.
