This casual Personal Support Worker role allows you to make a difference in patients' lives, providing observational and floor care under nursing staff supervision. Your shifts will last between 8 to 12 hours in various healthcare facilities, promoting both physical and emotional well-being for all patients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide floor and observational care to patients
• Support optimal physical, social, and emotional well-being
• Work under the guidance of nursing staff
• Be fully present for 8-12 hour shifts
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment
Requirements:
• PSW certificate or in a Nursing pathway program
• CPI Certification preferred for crisis management
• BLS certification and N95 Mask Fit Test required
• Current immunizations for MMRV and Hepatitis B
• Willing to complete a Vulnerable Sector Police Check
