- Cut, clean, trim, and slice fish.
- Remove scales, bones, skin, and unwanted parts.
- Cut and separate fish into fillets and portions.
- Process lobster and other shellfish for further processing.
- Weigh, sort, and inspect fish products.
- Freeze, pack, label, and store finished products.
- Operate basic processing equipment and tools.
- Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment.
- Follow food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures.
- Perform other production duties as assigned.
Pay: $18.25-$25.00 per hour
