Job Summary

We are seeking a detail oriented and skilled Professional Painter to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for various types of applications of paint, stain and other coatings, and finishes with precision and care. Good customer relations and communication are a must!.

Duties

- Prepare surfaces meticulously by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality
- Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other coatings using hand tools and power tools with precision and efficiency
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute painting projects aligned with client specifications
- Perform construction painting on various surfaces including walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and fixtures in both residential and commercial settings
- Execute restoration projects by matching existing finishes and utilizing specialized techniques for industrial or historic structures.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and team members to ensure project timelines are met while exceeding quality standards





Skills

- Proven construction experience with a strong background in residential, commercial, industrial painting, and restoration work
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions for precise project execution
- Skilled in the use of hand tools (brushes, rollers) and power tools (spray guns, drills) for efficient application of coatings
- Knowledge of carpentry basics for surface preparation and minor repairs prior to painting
- Ability to operate rigging equipment safely for elevated or hard-to-access areas
- Excellent customer service skills with clear communication abilities to understand client needs and provide professional guidance
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple projects
