Service Advisor – Full-Time Career Opportunity

Rivers Edge Services Ltd. is a customer-focused, progressive, and performance-driven automotive repair and maintenance facility in Prince George, and we are looking for the right person to join our team as a full-time Service Advisor.
You do not need previous automotive experience. We can teach you the automotive knowledge and systems you need to succeed. What we’re looking for is the right foundation: strong communication skills, organization, a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help people.
As a Service Advisor, you are the connection between our clients and our technical team. You’ll help customers understand their vehicle’s maintenance and repair needs, keep them informed throughout the process, organize workflow, and help create an exceptional customer experience from drop-off to pick-up.

Previous work experience that demonstrates strong customer service, communication, organization, leadership, or multitasking skills will be considered when determining compensation.
