As our Program Manager for the preparation and rollout of Canada’s first stablecoin, you’ll report directly to the CEO, serving as a hands‑on leader in this groundbreaking initiative while collaborating with multiple large financial institutions, influential stakeholders, and sophisticated shareholders. With a strong blend of strategic mindset, deep experience in the financial institution sector and digital assets, extreme accountability, and exceptional execution skills, you’re poised to drive this first‑of‑its‑kind program in Canada from concept to launch.
This isn’t just a job, it’s a launchpad to a senior leadership role within 18–24 months for someone who’s competent, experienced, a hard worker, flexible, solutions‑oriented, and resourceful in finding ways to deliver results no matter the stakes. Prepare high‑impact briefings, analyses, and recommendations to empower data‑driven decisions at the executive and board levels. Translate complex regulatory, technical, and market data into actionable insights that shape the stablecoin’s strategic direction.
Lead high‑priority, cross‑functional projects involving sensitive regulatory and compliance matters. Coordinate with teams across product, operations,
compliance, legal, and marketing, as well as external partners like banks and fintechs, to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and exceed expectations. Establish and track KPIs to provide clear visibility into program performance and drive accountability.
Stakeholder Management: Organize and oversee meetings with large financial institutions, influential stakeholders, and shareholders. Represent the CEO in interactions with internal and external stakeholders, building trust and fostering strong relationships with partners, clients, and industry leaders in the digital assets space.
Market & Industry Insights: Stay ahead of trends in stablecoins, digital assets, blockchain, and fintech regulations.
Travel & Representation: Support the CEO with up to 30% travel to key locations like Calgary, Montreal, and beyond for high‑stakes meetings, conferences, and industry events, amplifying Tetra’s presence in the global fintech ecosystem. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a solid asset. 8+ years in program management, operations, consulting, or financial services/fintech, with a proven track record of driving complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives in the financial institution sector. ~3+ years in digital assets, blockchain, or stablecoins, ideally in an institutional context (e.g., Experience working with senior executives, large financial institutions, and influencing outcomes across diverse teams and sophisticated stakeholders/shareholders. ~ Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills,
with the ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable strategies. ~ High organizational aptitude, with a knack for managing competing priorities and thriving under pressure. ~ Deep understanding of the digital asset ecosystem, including blockchain technology, stablecoins, digital currencies, and DeFi. ~ Proven ability to build trust and manage relationships with institutional clients, partners, and internal teams. ~ Hard‑working, flexible, and solutions‑oriented, with resourcefulness in finding ways to deliver results no matter the stakes.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools like Google Suite, Microsoft Office, project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello), and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and basic financial modeling is a plus.

Based in Toronto or Calgary with a hybrid work model (minimum 3 days in‑office per week) upon successful completion of probationary period. Full‑time in‑office work required during the first three months for onboarding and training. Expect up to 30% travel to support the CEO in key locations like Calgary, Montreal, and beyond.
