This role involves case management and volunteer coordination. We are looking for an individual with a diploma in Human or Social Services, alongside two years of relevant experience in Immigrant Services.

Candidates must be organized, outgoing, and capable of managing client needs effectively. A valid Driver’s License is a prerequisite for this position. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and support volunteers to enhance program delivery
- Perform detailed client intake to assess individual needs
- Manage client caseloads and document progress accordingly
- Assist clients in accessing community services and resources
- Compile monthly reports on program activities and client progress Requirements:
- Diploma in Human/Social Services or a related area
- Minimum two years’ experience in immigrant support roles
- Valid Driver’s License required for the role
