This part-time role requires a strong background in therapeutic recreation, along with a passion for community building. You'll help empower clients to achieve their personal and social goals in a welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct recreational activities that foster social inclusion
- Document and report on client progress regularly
- Assist clients with personal care when necessary
- Attend staff meetings and contribute to program development
- Facilitate meaningful engagement in group settings Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Therapeutic Recreation or similar
- One year of experience in support roles preferred
- Robust interpersonal and motivational skills
- Knowledge of Acquired Brain Injury management
