Ndinawemaaganag Endaawaad Inc. is seeking a Program Facilitator to enhance youth services in Arts & Recreation. This full-time role focuses on skill development and community engagement. As a Program Facilitator, you will be instrumental in the planning and execution of youth services.

Your tasks include facilitating skill development, creating a positive atmosphere, and maintaining safety among participants. Engage actively with youth and support their growth by collaborating with fellow staff members. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead skill development sessions with youth
- Establish and sustain strategic community partnerships
- Supervise participants to ensure a respectful workplace
- Document incidents and maintain program metrics
- Attend staff meetings for continual development Requirements:
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License
- CPR/First Aid Level C certification
- Education in social development or related field
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- Experience engaging with Indigenous youth Inspire and facilitate growth for youth through meaningful programs at Ndinawe.
