Lead innovative standards as a Program Manager at CSA Group, focusing on Data and Agri-food. This full-time role emphasizes strategic leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement. In the Standards Division, you'll manage Project Managers and guide the program development for data-related standards. Solid skills in strategic planning, operational management, and relationship-building are critical as you work with diverse stakeholders in government and the technology sector.

Your role will create impactful standards-based solutions, supporting safety and sustainability in agri-food systems that are resilient and efficient. Key Responsibilities:

- Hire and develop a high-performing team of Project Managers
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for program objectives




- Monitor standards projects for timelines and budgets
- Develop annual business and execution plans for the program
- Engage external partners to enhance program visibility

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or related field
- 5+ years in Standards Development or Program Management
- Experience in strategic planning and operational management
- Proven leadership managing diverse teams
- Strong situational analysis and stakeholder engagement skills
