Specialized Bicycle Components is seeking a Service Manager to oversee the bike department repair shop under the Store Manager. You will maximize rider-facing operational performance through support desk resources, technical advice, and process improvement to boost service quality and metrics.

You will lead the service team in bike builds, walks-in and checked-in repairs, and ensure timely workflow from intake to completion while maintaining safety and customer communication.
