: We are seeking an organized, friendly, capable project coordinator to join our team. This position will be responsible for communicating with clients, managing contractor schedules, ordering materials, and tracking costs for smaller residential renovation projects. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent organization and communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Take ownership of the execution of approved renovation projects turned over from our sales team.
- Schedule contractors to perform the work and support them.
- Regularly update clients on progress of work.




- Coordinate the purchase and delivery of required materials to work sites.
- Coordinate waste removal.
- Track all costs on a project.
- Perform completion walk-though and coordinate correction of deficiencies.
- Travel to site to collect cheques when required.
- Produce monthly reporting and KPI’s for project performance.

Qualifications:

- Excellent client relations skills and a strong command of the English language.
- Highly organized and able to track multiple projects at the same time.
- Able to receive constructive criticism and maintain a positive attitude.
- Self-starter able to think on their feet and work independently.
- Team player that is not afraid to share thoughts and ideas.
- Renovation experience is an asset.
