Whitemud Ironworks Limited is a fully integrated steel fabricator and erector that specializes in structural and miscellaneous steel projects in the commercial sector. We are recognized as an industry leader for our quality and scope of work. Due to our reputation, we have grown substantially over the past 20+ years. Today, Whitemud has established construction crews and three fabrication facilities totaling over 100,000 square feet!

What you will do…

You take pride in providing project support that is crucial to delivering successful project completion. Your ideal work environment involves a combination of being in an office and visiting construction sites. You are recognized for being impeccable with repetitive tasks.

You are also an expert at tracking and prioritizing a comprehensive to-do-list. You build strong relationships with site, shop and office personnel to ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled by predetermined deadlines. You also effectively negotiate with sub-trades while being mindful of the company’s best interests.

You are proactive and consistently strive to perform beyond client expectations. You are recognized for providing execution excellence and leveraged improvement in a high volume, fast paced environment.

What you have done…

You have Technologist or Engineering education. You have at least 2 years’ experience working as a Construction Project Coordinator and can read blueprints. If you’ve had exposure to projects, it would be an asset.



You are proficient at using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and Project). If you also have experience with AutoCAD or Tekla, it would be an asset.
