Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate load plans effectively to drivers and customers
• Ensure drivers receive appropriate instructions and resources




• Address driver concerns promptly and appropriately
• Keep dispatch systems updated with real-time information
• Record all orders and trip events accurately in TMW
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required
• 2-3 years of related experience preferred
• Familiarity with TMW software considered an asset
• Background in transportation industry preferred
• Solid communication skills and decisive judgment
