SUMMARY OF POSITION: This position involves taking ownership of day-to-day project management, offering a balanced mix of office and field responsibilities. The PM plays a major role in ensuring our projects run seamlessly and maintains our high standards of execution. Applicants must currently reside in the Sea-to-Sky corridor.

The PM:

- Coordinates internal resources, local Sea-to-Sky trades, and suppliers efficiently.
- Manages and continuously updates project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Anticipates project needs, consistently staying two steps ahead of upcoming work.
- Communicates clearly and professionally with clients, designers, and stakeholders.




- Tracks project changes meticulously and maintains highly organized documentation.
- Exercises proactive problem-solving to navigate daily construction challenges.

The ideal candidate comes from a history of working on high-end residential construction and brings deep knowledge of the Whistler and Sea-to-Sky construction industry.
