Are you enthusiastic about delivering outstanding customer service? Do you excel in fast-paced environment? Our Deer Park Food Store is offering an excellent opportunity for you! We’re currently looking for a part-time Grocery Clerk to join our dynamic team.
We are participating in the Alberta Youth Incentive Program which supports hiring youth from the ages 15-24.
Grocery Clerk
24 - 36 hours per week. Benefit eligible after 3 months. If you are coming from out of province, please remember you need to have AB Health coverage to be covered by our plan provider.
Weekdays and weekends - mornings, afternoons, and evenings
Provide exceptional customer service
Address customer requests in an efficient and friendly manner
Unload grocery shipments
Receive, organize, and display merchandise
Be alert for unauthorized merchandise removal
Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager
Excellent communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; some heavy lifting is required
Applicants must be over 14 years old. (Employment Standards mandates a permit to employ a person aged 14 or under, thus disclosure is required)
