Project Manager - ICI - Ottawa

Role Responsibilities:

- Manage budgets and cost forecasting
- Collaborate with customers, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and trades-persons
- Manage and schedule labour and subcontractors and provide guidance and supervision as needed
- Plan and prepare construction schedules and monitor progress
- Maintain Health and Safety standards and ensure safety policies are strictly adhered to
- Purchase supplies, tools and materials
- Document control
- Change Management
- Prepare progress reports and billings
- Build and maintain client and supplier relationships
- Prepare project close out documents
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and on time

Profile Project Manager - ICI - Ottawa

Skills & Experience:

- 5+ Years ICI focused Project Management experience




- Experience working on both New build and Renovations/fit-outs
- Experience leading projects valued between $5 Million - $20 Million required
- Security clearance, or the ability to secure security clearance is preferred.
- The successful candidate will organise and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Job Offer A basic salary of up to $130,000 (depending upon experience)
